What was d.y.kes way shorltands before houses

I have always wondered what dy.kes way shortlands was before houses were built 20-25years ago??

if anyone could help either with information of pictures i would appreciate it

Hi Aaron.
I used to visit number 5 D.y.k.e.s Way back in 1964 and they were still houses then, though I believe they were built to, what was to be deemed in later years as 'sub-standard' and not suitable for re-mortgage.
I could be slightly wrong on the detail here as it is only what I heard, but I do know they were subsequently demolished and the ones there today erected in their place.

The road was in a T form with number 5 being round to the left at the top, almost in the left hand corner, possibly one from the end.
