We went on this tour recently and it was fantastic. It was hard to believe that all these little cobble streets are still there. The Historian The tour meets at the exit to Tower Hill underground station every night at 6.45pm and finishes at about 9.15pm.There is no need to book and tours run regardless of weather. Whitechapel is still part of London unknown to most visitors to London and whilst it is interesting you would not want to be left there alone. Have no fear. They will bring you back to Tower Hill at the end of the tour. The tour starts and ends at Tower Hill. The cost of the tour is £7 for adults and £6 for students and children under the age of 16.
The company are so confident as to the quality of their guides that they do not invite you to pay untill the end of the tour and even then only if you have thrououghly enjoyed it.

I did the tour on one of the London Walks years ago and thoroughly enjoyed it.
